IHE Tour Operator S.r.l.s. organises and carries out the experiences featured in this website, in conformity with the administrative authorization of Italian Authority. Confirming any service with email, phone, Whatsapp or through the website and third-party as commercial partners and travel agency implies the customer has read and agreed the terms and conditions explained as follows.

Bookings are subject to place and language availability. During our tours, our certified guides can be performed in various languages.

In case of use of earrings and headsets, if the customer loses or does not return the system provided by the third-party partner, the customer will be required to pay a penalty fee established by the third-party itself.
Please plan to arrive at IHE Tour Operator S.r.l.s. meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour departure. No refund will be given to those clients who do not show up at the meeting point at the set time or who do not complete the tour, who lose contact with the guide.
RESERVATIONS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE:
The services booked through our website www.italyhiddenexperiences.com can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours from the date of execution of each service. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking – if the above services are canceled within 24 hours from the service, the full amount will be refunded.
The reservations are subjected to availability. The availability shown on our website is updated daily and reflects real availability.
Fees: customers agree to pay the total amount included with the Booking, including any related charges, fees, deposits, and taxes. The fees and other charges related to our experiences are set by us. Customers acknowledge that FareHarbor (our third-party channel manager) charges an additional fee to customers for their bookings, based on a percentage of the total Service Fee (the “Guest Fee”). When applicable, taxes may also be charged. The Service Fee, Guest Fee, other charges, and applicable taxes are all included in the “Total Fees.” FareHarbor will charge the full amount of the Total Fees to the Guest’s method of payment at the time that the Booking is submitted by the Guest.
Pre-authorization; Method of Payment: At the time that you make a Booking, you authorize FareHarbor or a payment processor on its behalf, (a) obtain a pre-authorization via your payment method for the Total Fees or (b) charge your payment method a nominal amount, not to exceed one US dollar ($1). You authorize FareHarbor, directly or indirectly via a third-party payment processor, to process your payment with the method of payment you select in the Booking and to collect the full amount of the Totals Fees for each confirmed Booking.
Third-Party Payment Processor: FareHarbor uses a third-party payment processor to process customers’ payments for the Services.
A full refund of the experience booked is guaranteed if the cancellation of the experience booked is communicated to the Tour Operator in a written way, at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience date. No refund will be possible for those cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booked experience date and customers will incur a 100% penalty fee.
CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR:
When the IHE Tour Operator cancels the experience, the customer has the right to claim reimbursement, only of the sum paid. THE Tour Operator claims the right to cancel an experience for any reason up to 12 hours prior to the departure time. In case of acts of force majeure (strikes, pandemics, road conditions, weather conditions…) IHE Tour Operator may modify the itinerary with alternative solutions or to cancel the experience.
Moreover, IHE Tour Operator is not responsible for additional expenses that may be incurred by a client in relation to a canceled experience (i.e. hotels, flights, etc.).
CHANGE OF DATES:
A change to the reservation is allowed within 3 days from the departure date of the experience. Any costs related to any entrance tickets or reservations for the actual conduct of the experience may be withheld. Subsequent changes or requests received less than 3 days after departure are subject to a penalty of € 10 per person, plus any costs related to any entrance tickets or reservations for the actual conduct of the experience., Which will be fully withheld.
IHE Tour Operator cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by third parties or for reasons beyond their control, and cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables, luggage or objects during experiences.
Any complaint must be communicated in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within and no later than 7 days after the date of the experience. Complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the client and the Tour Operator, shall be referred to Milan Court.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to join an experience.
During high seasons, despite our reservations, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to security reasons. Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributed to IHE Tour Operator s.r.l.s. responsibility.
All of the content featured or displayed on our website, including without limitation text, graphics, photographs, images, sound, and illustrations (“Content”), is owned by IHE Tour Operator. All elements of the website, including without limitation the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark, and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.
